She makes sure you understand why Macros matter, she explains the kind of things you should be eating in general but lets you make your decisions on what to eat: she teaches you what exactly certain exercises are for, and sets a routine that is at your level so you will feel pushed but not broken.

I was amazed to see the results I had within just the first two weeks. 5 inches had come off of my hips in those first two weeks. That's astronomical. My Own Transformation

While a majority of my clients come to me with fat loss goals, my own journey is a little different. When I started getting into fitness, I was actually struggling to gain weight.

As a teenager, I had a pretty unhealthy relationship with food - and my body.

I don’t just want to preach that this should be a lifestyle and not a short term fix - I try to lead by example. I’ve spent the last (almost) 10 years of my life consistently lifting and prioritizing my protein and overall food intake, while still enjoying life.

It can be done, and it doesn’t have to be overcomplicated.
