Before we get started, please fill out the form below. You will need to upload your starting pictures and measurements - these will not be seen by anyone except for me, unless you give me consent to share them. You will take pictures and measurements each week, which will be compared to your starting pictures and measurements. Examples are located below the form.
PHOTO EXAMPLES
Try not to capture these at too high or too low of an angle - they should be straight on. These will be the pictures that all of your future pictures are compared to.
WHAT TO WEAR:
shorts and sports bra, underwear, or bikini.
Three photos are mandatory: 1 from the front with your arms at your side, 1 from the back with your arms at your side, and 1 from the side with your arms either straight up in front of you or straight behind you.
You can also take one photo from the back while flexing, and one from the front while flexing. These are optional.
*These will not be shared with anyone unless I receive your permission to do so. I will never post without your consent. Signing the photo release does not mean that I will automatically share these - I will always message you and ask for your permission.
MEASUREMENT EXAMPLES
Using a body measuring tape measure the following areas:
CHEST: around your nipples
WAIST: the narrowest part of your abdomen or around your belly button
HIPS: the fullest part of your glutes
QUAD: at the fullest part of your thigh, a few inches above your right kneecap (3-5 depending on your height)
CALF: around the fullest part of your right calf
BICEP: the fullest part of your right bicep when flexing
